This year’s mews was full of classic tapas as well as a variety of new dishes, including a couple of new versions of old favorites such as a new version of the “spicy tuna tartare”. I was disappointed that mews could not offer a fish of my choice (as you can see in the photo above), because I want to try the new version of the tuna tartar.
I want to try the new version of the tuna tartar. It looks like the previous version was a bit too strong for my taste, but this one seems much lighter and flatter.
As I mentioned above, the tuna tartar is like a variation on the tuna tartare. You can buy it both in the tapas and steak sections, but it’s also available in the new seafood section. It is a very good fish dish, with a deep, rich fish flavor. I especially like the way it is made with a combination of lemon juice, shallots, and fresh mushrooms.
