We all know that a promotion is a sign that your career is going well, but I thought this was a great example of a promotion and the importance of it in business. I think that this is an ideal example of a managerial promotion. Ive watched a lot of movies with this guy and he just looks like an incredibly smart, incredibly driven person. There’s not a lot of time, but all of the people who work for the company are doing it right, and they are better people than the ones who get promoted, so you need to do everything in the right order.
