The act of thinking about or planning to act on your actions, thoughts, and feelings is self-awareness. The act of acting on your thoughts and feelings is self-awareness. When you are aware of your actions, feelings, thoughts, and will, you are self-aware.
I find this concept fascinating, but also scary. When I think about it, I don’t think that I can ever stop, but I can always change my actions. I can always stop what I’m doing and change it to a different action, but I can’t always be aware of that I’m doing the same thing. I’m always aware of my actions, but I can’t always be aware I’m doing the same thing.
The self-awareness that you are able to get from what you do is called “feeling”. You can feel your emotions, thoughts, and will. The difference is that instead of thinking that you are “acting,” you can actually be aware of what you are and that you are doing this. As another example, a person who is aware of their actions and their feelings is able to feel empathy for someone else.
If you are able to feel or think about something, you’re aware of that. Even though you are aware of the things you are doing, you are still not aware of yourself as the actual actor. The difference between awareness and being aware is that while you are aware of the actions you are doing, you are not aware of your own thoughts or sensations.
This helps explain the quote from the first video I linked to above, “A person who is aware of themselves but not aware of their actions is still aware of themselves.
It is important to understand how you can be aware of yourself, but not aware of yourself. An example of this is that if you are aware of yourself doing something, but not aware of yourself as the one doing it, you will be aware of yourself as the observer of that action. If I am aware of myself doing a certain thing, such as picking up a book and reading, I will be aware of myself as the reader.
In order to better understand the difference between self awareness and self-awareness, the following test is used. The researcher will ask you to point to a specific area of your body (e.g., your fingers, your toes, your chest, your ears, etc.). Then, the researcher will ask you to tell him what that area is. To do this, the researcher will point to a specific location on the body and ask you to tell him what that location is.
The point is that if someone knows what your body is doing while you are at a given location, then they are self-aware. That is, they are aware of themselves and their surroundings. If they know what your body is doing while you are in a given location, but they do not know where you are, then they are not self-aware.
