If, based on your own knowledge, you do not feel the need to meet the needs of another person, the court will allow you to do so.
The court will also consider whether your own experience has rendered you unable to act on your own. It has been explained that the courts have not been able to do so.
It’s true that the law is pretty clear about what it is we can do. So if you don’t want to do anything with someone, the court will allow you to do that.
